After a few years of being the top performing realtor at Amalfi Estates, Chad decided to not only create his own team called Singer Realty, to better assist the needs of his clients but he also co-founded a new office in Dallas Texas called Amalfi Estates Dallas.

Chad Singer has developed an outstanding reputation in real estate, speaking as an industry leader to thousands of agents and setting numerous sales records. He recently sold the most expensive cost-per-foot home in the Castellammare area of the Pacific Palisades. He has taken the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert class) and was Amalfi’s Blue Diamond award recipient for the past two years, given to the agent with the most sales. Early in his career, Mr. Singer was awarded the Rookie of the Year from 1000 SIDE agents. Most importantly, Mr. Singer was awarded Amalfi’s “The Amalfi” Award for the past two years, given to the agent who best embodies Amalfi’s core values and cultural excellence. Chad splits his time between Dallas and Los Angeles, managing full-service teams in both states so that clients in both states have maximum support and assistance.
